12 Breaths, 12 Repetitions, and Transmitting the Energy of Love Across All Timelines

Danny Skyfeather here. Day 8, Cycle 3, Journey 1, Epoch 1 of Aum Love Now. It is 8-12-2026. I just got back from traffic court.

And this session is going to be two parts. The first part is a simple procedure — how to work with the mantra command, Aum Love Now. That's A-U-M, Love Now. Aum Love Now.

How to work with it in such a way as to send yourself — and everyone else who repeats it — the energy of divine love on an energetic level.

Now, when I say "send," I don't mean send a postcard from one location to the next, because that's kind of silly, because love is in all locations, right? No — it's a communication. It's a sending. It's a transmission. It's a wave. It's a flow, really. And sometimes words drop away and the flow gets even deeper.

🙌 How to Work With the Mantra Command

So, the way to work with this mantra command is as follows.

First, hold a printed copy of Aum Love Now between your hands. I have a laminated copy that I use. It can be computer-printed, or it can be hand-drawn — your own version replicating that image. Om at the top, Om at the bottom, Om on the left, Om on the right. Now in the middle. Connect the outer Oms in your own beautiful way.

Make it a tight container.

Because that's what this is — it's a container. So that the energy we pour into it is held here in sacred trust, on a quantum level, for the benefit of anyone else who repeats it, including ourselves.

🌬️ The Practice: Two Movements

So you alternate between two things:

- One — sending love into the mantra command, using your breath, your mind, and your intention.

- Two — repeating the mantra-command, Aum Love Now. Repeating, internalizing, broadcasting, toning, singing, speaking it softly, speaking it loudly, speaking it silently, speaking it in the mind, speaking it in the heart, speaking it with your pelvis, speaking it with your feet, your hands, your soul, your deepest connection with the earth and with source.

That's a beautiful thing — to be able to transmit love into it.

And that's why it's a container. When you send love into a container, it's held. If I just sent it out in all directions — that's also a good thing, and that's a practice outlined in the book as well. But as far as this mantra command goes, working with it and really feeling it — you repeat the mantra command, take some deep breaths, send love into it, then go back to repeating it. Deep love breaths. Send that energy in again.

Alternating between sending the love into the mantra command, and repeating the mantra command.

💛 Let's Do This Together

And since love is everywhere present all the time — and we're sending this love with the intention of doing only good in the world, for ourselves and everyone else on an internal level, spreading the energy of goodness, serving the energy of goodness in this and all timelines —

🌍 What We're Actually Doing Here

So that's how we do this.

We pour energy through our beautiful hands — taking deep breaths on the inhale, stepping out of time, stepping into omnipresent love... and on the exhale — pouring that love, all that energy, all that good love, into this mantra command:

Aum Love Now.

For the highest benefit of the one who repeats it, and for everyone else who repeats it as well, in any moment in time — past, present, or future.

So it's a heart field connector.

And so it is.
