Here's another way you can communicate the energy of love to people in other centuries, other timelines, other places — maybe even on different planets, who knows — and definitely to different parts of this planet right now. You can send the energy of love to them through this.

The mantra command: Aum Love Now.

Simply chant it, tone it, sing it, feel it, vibrate it, think it, breathe it. Work with it in any number of ways, with the power of your intention to do one thing: embody love in your mind and body. Embody Aum — the vibration of Aum — with love, now, in your body.

Aum. Love. Now.

You're making a decision that right now, in your body, love is the energy that prevails. And then you just keep saying it. Aum Love Now. It's like pressing a button on a keyboard — Aum Love Now, press enter — and it activates all the energy stored up in that beautiful three-part mantra command.

All the time, I am sending love into this three-part mantra command. Like I'm doing right now.

I have a laminated copy and I'm holding it between my hands, stretching my hands out. I'm going to take 12 breaths. And as I do, I'm holding the intention — just like in method number one — that on the inhale, I'm rising up. Ascending. Reaching up as high as I can go, with my heart field and my mind opening on the inhale. And then pouring that love into the space between my hands on each exhale.

What is between my hands right now is this mantra command: Aum Love Now.

So I'll do 12 more breaths with this further instruction.

Aum Love Now.

Okay. That was 12 more breaths of the energy of love. My intention is to communicate the energy of love into this space between my hands — into this oval-like shape with the Aum surrounding it, and the words Aum Love Now in the middle, vertical: Aum on the first line, Love on the next, Now on the bottom. This is now between my hands, and I am concentrating universal energy into this space using my breath and my intention — asking and opening with my inhale, and flooding the love down and through into the space between my hands with my exhale.

Not sure if that was 12 breaths, but let's do 12 official breaths of divine love into the mantra command.

Just holding it between my hands. Holding the intention that the energy will continue to concentrate into the space between my hands, even as I break this short meditation and move forward. That the energy of love will continue unbroken, flowing into the space for as long as it carries its own energetic momentum.

So it's my job to let go.

I've sent the love. Now I let go.

That's the first part.

What you've done there is concentrate love into this mantra command. And it's stored there now —forever – for the benefit of anyone and everyone who repeats it, regardless of where they are in the universe, and regardless of when they hail from. They could be from the year 2346. March 3rd, 2346. And if this work lasts that long, and someone picks it up and begins repeating that mantra, then the love you just concentrated — and I just concentrated — into the mantra is received by them.

The mantra itself is a heart field connector. It connects hearts across time and space who repeat it. You resonate together in a beautiful, harmonious way that is more elegant and more respectful of anyone's boundaries than anything I've ever seen or felt in my life. This is an energy field of pure respect and unconditional love, open to all people who meet the parameters of entry.

Now — I want to correct something I said a moment ago, because I need to say this clearly.

Aum Love Now — the mantra command Aum Love Now — is for all of humanity. A baby can come out of the womb saying Aum Love Now and say it all through childhood. There is nothing wrong with saying Aum Love Now for anyone of any age. Nothing whatsoever.

What I'm talking about — the work I'm developing and teaching — is that when it involves moving energy through specific energy centers in the tubes, that's when the intention is for people 21 and older. I hope that clears it up.

And honestly, I kind of got off on that tangent because as I'm delivering this message, I'm gazing at all the energy centers swirling together. That's why it came up.

But here's the thing — I'm standing out here basically barking into the wind. "Hey everybody, 21 and older only!" And I'm looking at the trees, and I hear the wind rustling, and I think that was a squirrel knocking something around. There's nobody here. So it's kind of a non-point in this moment.

But what I guess I'm doing is laying it down for the future. And I'm not saying this is the law. There are no commandments, no rules, none of that. What I will say is this: the tubes — the 21 energy tubes, individually and collectively — should only be practiced by people 21 and older, preferably 24 and older. That came through super clear from the very beginning, way back in 2023. Three years ago. And I've never wavered from that.

That's what I'm talking about. The tubes.

The mantra command — repeating Aum Love Now and sending love into the command — when you do that, you're not only repeating the mantra, which feels good on its own. You're also actively charging it.

And you can use any type of rhythm or enunciation. Loud, soft, fast, slow. Put a lot of space between each word. There are a million ways to work with it. But just to embody love now.

Aum. Love. Now.

Because Aum is the sound of embodiment. Love is the energy that flows through the riverbeds. And now is where all the magic happens.

So that's what we're doing. We're cultivating Aum Love Now in the cells of our body — as a practice of cultivating love in our own bodies, for the sake of the world. Because we're not here just to awaken our own bodies and minds to the resplendent joy of our infinite beings. We're here to do that in service to others. In service to the awakening of kindness and empathy everywhere.

Kindness, empathy, and understanding. Those are the three faces of love that shine so beautifully when you can look deep into that face — and see them, and allow yourself to give yourself all three.

Kindness to yourself.

Empathy to yourself.

Understanding to yourself.

Give it to yourself.

Take all this love we've channeled between our hands and just — in full — place all of it in your chest. Enfold it back in place. Both hands over your chest, one hand over the other, and just melt that love right back in. You're carrying all that love with you now.

That's your heart field. That's the repository of heaven on earth.

If we can get into our heart fields and stay there longer — and not only that, but stay grounded — because when you look at all seven centers, the chest is in the middle. It's the grounding space that holds the whole entire body of light together.

Aum Love Now.
