Welcome to Day 1, Cycle 3, Journey 1, Epoch 1, Arc 1. Aum Love Now.

Since this is the first day of a new cycle, the first meditation is about something specific — connecting our love with the love of people in other millenniums.

The practice is simple. 12 breaths.

Breathing in, the energy of love rises and arches up into that higher timeline — the one where humanity is at peace with all life that lives above and below the water and the ground. Breathing in, 3rd millennium. 2000 to 3000. Our hearts rise and send that love up to higher millenniums. And as we breathe in, all of us in those higher millenniums also breathe in — and pull that love toward them.

Breathing out, love arches back down. A beautiful cosmic river, flowing from higher timelines, higher ages — where humanity is at peace with all that lives above and below the water and the ground.

So just breathe. And with your breath, trace the love.

Breathing in — love rises. From the 3rd millennium up into higher millenniums. Breathing out — love descends. Multiple rivers of ecstatic joy, flowing from higher millenniums back down into this one. The beginning of the 3rd millennium. And the whole of it.
