I'm grateful to have completed 2 official cycles in the Aum Love Now grand journey through the cosmos.

Let me explain how this thing is structured, because it's kind of beautiful in its scope.

An arc is 9 epochs. 1 epoch consists of 72 journeys of Aum Love Now. A journey consists of fourty-eight 108-day cycles of meditation in a row. String together 108 days of daily meditation, you've completed 1 cycle. Do that 48 times in a row, you've completed a journey. A journey is about 14.2 years.

This is a meditation relay. Meaning it's work that we practice ourselves, lay down in our bodies, and offer to others to continue when we are gone, basically. We practice as much as possible, offer it to others, and that's all the promise we get.

We're doing this with raw trust. Just raw belief in the power of love — that the power of love is so addicting and so beautiful and so wonderful that when you fully express it through all 7 of the energy centers of Aum Love Now, you get to experience the vibration of love in a whole new way.

So beautiful. So healing.

I'm finding great joy in the practice myself, let's just put it that way. You can judge for yourself whether this is something that works for you or not. That's your powerful decision as a sovereign being on this planet.

So this is day 108. I've reached the 108th day of the 2nd cycle of Aum Love Now.

The message on today's page — and you'll notice that in the book, pages don't have space for a date, because it's just day 1, day 2, day 3. You can use computers to help you keep track, but it's just day 1, day 2, day 3, day 108. And then you start again. That is a timeless loop. It helps create a sense of timelessness.

Day 108:

"The world is a better place because of us and the work we are doing. Let this completion empty into a renewed beginning and a recommitment to deepen our work."

May all love everywhere be here now.

Allowing our eyelids to draw down, down a little bit. As we see the mantra command, "Aum Love Now," hovering in our mind's eye. As we feel into the vibratory resonance with each other across time.

The vibration of love collapses time and allows us to gather in this — the most holiest of places — the human heart and the human mind. To gather in consciousness in the name of love. And re-dedicate ourselves to the simple practice of embodying the energy of love as best we can every day.

Growing our bodies of light. Growing our 7 energy centers and the alliances and tubes between them. Growing and deepening the consciousness of Aum Love Now in our bodies, minds, relationships, and energy fields. Holding ourselves and each other between our beautiful hands. And sending all of us the energy of love with every deep, beautiful breath.

Inhaling — rise out of time.

Exhaling — flood love into time.

You can pick any container of time to flood the love into.

1 hour. If we chose 1 hour, then every moment, every second and every millisecond of that 1 hour will all simultaneously be bathed in the energy of love with every exhaling breath. Because love is energy, and energy responds to intention. And our intention is clearly stated.

Placing all this life into the space between our hands. Pouring the whole universe of love into that space where every second and millisecond and moment of that 1 hour period is all bathed in the energy of love simultaneously.

The same procedure applies when you're sending love to larger periods of time. You can send love to smaller spaces in time, for smaller periods of time, or longer ones. You can shrink or expand the radius. You can say: at this residence, address ABC123, name the city, name the street — hold the space between your hands, open up your breathing rhythm, connect with divine love, and send love into all life in that residence for the next 48 hours. So you're rising out of time for 12 minutes, but you're sending love to all 48 hours during that 12 minutes -- to every moment of the next 48 hours of your life and everyone's life in that residence, at that location.

Given that, you can go further out.

Further out, you can say: the whole entire planet over the next 1 year. Or the whole entire planet over the next 9 millennia. Over the next 9 epochs. Because there's no big and small when it comes to love. Love loves everything equally. It loves the big stuff in a big way and it loves the small stuff equally.

The time container I am sending the energy of love to is approximately 9,197 years of human life on earth. 3,359,232 days of life on earth — human life and all life on earth. When I rise out of time on my inhale, and when I exhale, I'm just putting love into that huge container. I don't even know beyond that what's happening. And it doesn't really matter to me, because this practice feels so incredibly good.

It's like I am sending love to the entire saga of human history — within a container, because I believe it's important to keep a container when you're working with energy.

From January 1st, 2026 — I just picked that day because that's the day I started this 14-year commitment, and then it grew into this — from January 1st, 2026 to April 7, 11223 is 3,359,232 days. That's 31,104 cycles. That's 648 journeys. That's 9 epochs. All of that is 1 arc of Aum Love Now.

That's the container. With each breath, we are sending love to all that humanity can be, to help unfold our greatest human genius for love, connection and empathy --- so we can experience more breakthroughs in every area of our individual and collective lives. We do so with clear and glorious faith in the energetic power of omnipresent love.

But here's the beauty. You can expand love to be that big. You can expand your horizon to where you're sending the energy of love to that big of a container. If you can expand that container into which you're pouring the energy of divine love — then you can also zoom down, down, down, down, down into 1 day.

Or the next week.

Say your busy schedule next week is really going to drain you. So on Saturday, spend about 15 or 20 minutes. Cup your hands together like you're holding a ball. Open up your breath of divine love and channel love into your own life — every moment of your life for the next 7 days. Channel love into that container all at the same time. Since you're rising out of time on your inhale and flooding love back down on your exhale, you're pouring love into all those moments simultaneously. The love is penetrating all of them at once.

So you'll start feeling better immediately. And then Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday, you're still benefiting from the love that you gave yourself on Saturday. That you bathed yourself in on Saturday.

You can work with time in this manner. And it's just absolutely beautiful and wonderful.

So here's my little tribute to every other beautiful soul out there who is on day 108.

You could be in the 14th journey of Epoch 2 and be on day 108. You could be on journey 32 of Epoch 3, cycle 31, day 108. When you're on day 108 and I'm on day 108 — we just landed into the same resonant field of love. Days are like little hot seats. Little timeless seats. Each day, you're connected with everyone else because it's like a circular pattern. 108 is a timeless number. It goes way back. And when it connects, it creates a timelessness, I believe. And so it's just this timeless loop. Again, here we are with the loops.

Welcome. I'm so happy to know you and to reach across this very thin veil and say — wow, I'd like to shake your hand. You just made it 108 days of doing these crazy-ass meditations. And who knows how much blowback you got from people. Because I'm sure you get blowback — even in the centuries to come, even into the 2200s and 2300s, I'm sure there are people who are going to say, "Get your head out of the damn clouds and come back down to earth if you're going to be doing all that spiritual stuff. Get busy and work and stuff."

But hopefully by then we're going to be in better shape. I believe our consciousness is growing so beautifully and so fast and so wonderfully that it's really going to be interesting to see how things unfold. Because everything is changing so rapidly. But with all that fast movement, all you have — and all I have — is 1 day.

I have 1 day.

Yeah, I'm in the journey. Yeah, it's epochs and journeys and cycles and all that. But it's just 1 day.

If you look at it like that — you take the AA philosophy, one day at a time — and you say: today, I completed it. I've completed 108 days twice in a row so far since I started. And I'm grateful for that.

If I can complete one day of this work, then I can complete one cycle, one journey, and beyond.

Because it's always today. That's all we have -- and all we need.

Tomorrow-today, I start the 3rd cycle of 108 days. And I'm just very happy to report all that to you.
